Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) For the Sharing of Information

The MOU has been signed by the partner organisations Chief Executives. The MOU was approved by the board on
12th November 2010.

The MOU is intended to:

Set out the principles which underpin the sharing of information between partners;
Set out the general purposes for the which the partners have agreed to share;
Describe at a high level the procedures which will ensure that information is disclosed in line with statutory and common
law responsibilities;
Describe how the MOU will be implemented, monitored and reviewed
