Scope Of Groups
Chief Executive's Forum
The CEF set the strategic direction of a fully integrated public sector in the Grampian Region.
Grampian Data Sharing Partnership Board (GDSP Board)
The GDSP Board was established to provide GDSP governance. The GDSP Board draws its membership from each of the agencies
involved in data sharing across Grampian and is chaired by the Chief Executive of one of the Partnership Agencies.
GDSP Operational Working Group (OWG)
The OWG has the lead responsibility for delivering the national eCare data sharing agenda on behalf of the Grampian Data Sharing
Partnership Board. Members of the OWG have lead responsibility within their partnership agency to ensure the data sharing agenda
is delivered locally within that agency.
GDSP Technical Working Group (TWG)
The TWG is in place to support and deliver the technical aims and objectives of the programme plan developed and supported by the
partnership agencies.
CPM Early Implementers (EI) Planning Group
The CPM EI Planning Group was established to successfully implement and oversee early implementation of the Grampian Data Sharing
Partnership CPM in Moray.

The IGG are overseeing information
sharing governance on behalf of the five agencies part of the partnership and also act as an advisory
group for those
agencies.

eCare
Matching Coordinators Group (MCG)
The MCG acts as a forum for agencies
in EI to discuss and resolve operational procedures where issues are occurring in relation to
the agreed Matching Strategy.
